Urgent appointments can usually be made available. We will respond to requests for urgent appointments by the next working day. To request an urgent appointment:

  • Complete and submit the form below.

Book a Consultation

To book a consultation with Mr Cunningham, we require a referral. Mr Cunningham reviews each referral personally and our rooms will contact you directly to book an appointment and arrange any radiology if necessary. Referrals can be sent electronically, via email or faxed through to us.
